Selling a crib or car seat? New standards apply for re-selling these items:

Car seats must be less than 6 years old (manufacture date can be found on the side or underneath).

Cribs manufactured prior to July 23, 2010, are not eligible for re-sale and those manufactured between July 23, 2010, and June 28, 2011, must include a retailer’s certificate of compliance. Spring 2011 Deadlines

We are officially past the deadline to have your barcode order mailed to you. Orders can still be placed online between now and Feb. 15 at 10pm. Those will be available for pickup at the sale site (Circuit City) beginning Feb. 16 at NOON and throughout Little Treasures regular drop-off hours. Just look for the barcode bin and find the envelope with your name on it.

Any additional barcodes you need after placing your initial order or after our system shuts down can be printed for you at your drop-off appointment.

System shutdown is 10pm on Tues, Feb. 15. Changes to workshifts, drop off appointments and “un-registering” should be taken care of before that time.

If you donated your leftover items after the Fall/Winter 2010 sale at HOOPS, first and foremost, we want to thank you. Due to the power failure, the pickup process was quite difficult and many of you let your items go to a good cause.

Several truckloads of much needed baby, kid’s & maternity items were donated to:

Golden Arrow Center for Women & Children
Lawrenceburg Baptist Church Clothes Closet – they distributed to flood victims in Pikeville
Necole’s Place/A Woman’s Choice Crisis Pregnancy Center
Dressed in Love
Cochran Elementary
Middletown Elementary

We’re rolling out new services this season to help make your selling & shopping experience even better!

Valet drop-off for sellers

When you arrive to drop-off your items, simply drive up to the front of the building and our valet service will help you unload. While you park, we will take your things to inspection for you and you can come in (empty-handed!), sign in, get any extra barcodes you may need, and sit back and relax in our waiting area. When we’ve finished inspecting your items, we will call your number and return anything we couldn’t accept. Be sure to read through all the pages on our Consignor section of the web site. Lots of need-to-know info there!

Charity hold area for opening day

We understand the first day we open to the public can be a little overwhelming. We don’t want that to discourage you from saving a bundle on your kids. So, if you don’t have time to wait in line, you’re shopping on your lunch hour, or your little ones have simply had enough, no problem. For a $5 donation to our partner charity, we will hold your items for 24 hours. 100% of your donations benefit charity. Know a small organization that could use some cash? Barcodes by mail: Order must be submitted online by 10pm on Thur, Aug. 12

Barcodes submitted after Aug. 12 will be available for pickup at HOOPS beginning Fri, Aug. 20 at 2pm and during drop off hours.

Online Registration: System shuts down at 10pm on Wed, Aug. 18

After Aug. 18, registrations must be completed on-site beginning Fri, Aug. 20 at 2pm. Bring a list of what barcodes you need with you on drop-off day(s) and have your things hung, tagged and ready-to-go (please review the Consignor page on our site for helpful information).

New Mom Registration: Limited to the first 300
