Drop-off/Pick-Up Procedures
Drop Off Procedure:
Before you drop-off, please double-check the following:
- All items are hung with hook facing left (like a question mark)
- All items have tags
- All tags have barcodes
- Clothing is grouped by size & sex
- Items too large to carry are tagged at drop-off with claim tickets
- Well-organized = Quicker drop-off
You have 2 options during drop-off: 1. Park and bring your items in -or- 2. Unload curbside.
Little T drop-off is all about teamwork. We will have volunteers to help you get your things to inspection, so if you have any questions or special needs, please don’t hesitate to look for a volunteer or Janice & Kelly and we’re happy to help! And…it helps us if you keep your scheduled drop-off time, have your things organized, and take an active part in the process.
If you unload curbside:
Pull to the curb (as far forward as possible) in front of the building and unload. Please do not block the entryway to neighboring stores or leave your car unattended.
We provide rolling racks/carts available on first come, first serve basis. Please note: Rolling racks can’t survive a roll across the parking lot, so please keep them on the curb.
And if you load up a rack, please unload it quickly at your inspection table and return it to the front or pass it on to the next seller.
Once you enter the building:
1. Establish your place at a clothing inspection station. Help unload your hanging clothes & shoes from the cart or bin to the table.
2. Hold on to anything that still needs barcodes.
3. Sign in at the cash register area and receive pre-sale tickets.
4. Order extra barcodes (if needed). Be sure to sign in.
5. Take non-clothes to “toy inspection” area. Don’t forget to sign in.
6. Proceed to large item tagging area to fill out claim tickets for items that are too large for shoppers to carry (ex. furniture, pack-n-plays, high chairs, strollers, etc).
7. Follow-up with the inspectors processing your items to confirm that inspection is complete. They will return anything to you that couldn’t be accepted. Don’t leave without signing in at the cash register area.
8. Please allow 20-30 minutes for drop-off.
9. Did we mention that you need to sign in?
Pick Up Procedure:
1. Enter and look for your designated rack of hanging items & row of non-hanging.
2. Pick up your unsold items (pre-sorted into consignor groups of 50. ex. #1000-1049).
3. Check the lost and found.
4. Checks will be distributed at pick-up. If you don’t plan to attend pick-up your check will be mailed to you within 7 days. No need to bring a self-addressed stamped envelope.
5. Feel free to grab some hangers for our next sale. They go quickly, so come early if you need hangers.
6. We cannot be held responsible for any items that you leave behind. Items not picked up by 7pm on Tuesday will be donated to a local charity. We cannot make any exceptions due to the tight deadline we have in cleaning up the venue. Thank you for understanding.
